DESCRIPTION
An elegant and very rare Patek Philippe reference 2443 in rose gold from 1949.
This example is particularly interesting due to its rose gold case. Most of the timepieces from that period feature yellow gold cases. In fact, there are less than ten references 2443 with rose gold cases known to the public.
Please note the dial damages around the 11 o’clock and 1 o’clock indexes. The dial can be restored by Patek Philippe’s service ateliers upon request. The watch is accompanied by an Patek Philippe “ Extrait des Registres” which confirms the production of the timepiece in 1949, its rose gold case and the sale of the watch on June 15th 1950.
