The Rolex Datejust reference 6605 is among the rarest of this model given its production span of three years (1956-1959). It also features for the first time the iconic ‘cyclops’ date window for easy readability.
Due to its slightly domed case back, it is known as a “semi-bubble back” or late ovettone by collectors.
