DESCRIPTION
Introduced in 2016, the Split-Seconds Chronograph Perpetual Calendar reference 5204R featuring a 40mm pink gold case was offered in several versions: Initially paired with either a black or silvered opaline dial, Patek Philippe later unveiled a new variation under reference 5204R-011. While retaining the pink gold case, it featured a slate gray dial with taupe tones. This version remained in production for less than two years only.
The elegant dial layout includes day and month windows at 12 o’clock, a date indicator and a moon phase display at 6 o’clock. The 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, along with dual second hands for the split-second function, allows for precise time measurement. Additional features include a small seconds hand, a leap year indicator, and a day/night display.
